These terms govern your use of this website. It's a contract between you and Simply Captivating Productions, Inc. ("Simply Captivating," "we," or "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.
Booking a session is a separate matter. When you book, you sign a Service Agreement covering the session itself — your deposit, your date, your photographs — and that document, not this one, governs the shoot.

01What this site is
It's our portfolio and our front door. The prices, packages, and availability shown here are an invitation to talk, not an offer we're bound to. Nothing on this site creates a booking. A session is booked only when we've confirmed it and you've signed a Service Agreement.
We try to keep everything here accurate and current. Prices and packages change, and occasionally something on the site lags behind. If what you see here differs from what we quote you directly, the direct quote is the real one.
02Our photographs and our site
The photographs, video, design, text, and layout on this site belong to us or to our licensors, and copyright protects them. Our name and logo are ours.
You're welcome to look at all of it and to share a link to any page. You may not copy, download, republish, sell, or use our photographs or video — for your own portfolio, your business, an AI training set, or anything else — without our written permission. If you'd like to use something, ask. We're reasonable people.
The people in our photographs are real clients who gave us permission to show their images. That permission is ours, not transferable, and it doesn't extend to you.
03Using the site properly
Please don't scrape it, crawl it, harvest images from it in bulk, hammer it with automated requests, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use it to send us anything malicious. Please don't submit our contact form with false details or use it to send unsolicited sales pitches.
04When you contact us
Anything you send us through the site — a message, a description of your day, a reference image — you're telling us you have the right to send. We'll use it to answer you and to plan your session. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Sending us a message doesn't create a booking or a professional relationship, and it doesn't hold a date.
05Links to other places
We link out to venues, vendors, galleries, and our booking site. We don't control those places, we're not responsible for them, and a link isn't an endorsement of everything they do.
06The site as it is
We'd like the site to be available and correct at all times, and most of the time it is. We can't promise it. It's provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent Florida law allows.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss arising out of your use of this website, including indirect or consequential losses. This does not limit any responsibility the law does not allow us to limit, and it does not affect what we owe you under a Service Agreement for a session you've booked.
07Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date above and post the new version here. Changes apply going forward.
08Florida law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute belongs in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
09Odds and ends
If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. If we don't enforce something right away, we haven't given it up.
